How fast can you get this set up?

The Starter package can be live in 3–5 business days. More complex packages with AI voice and custom websites take 1–2 weeks. We don't cut corners on testing — every workflow is tested end-to-end before launch.

Do I need to switch phone providers?

No. We can port your existing number to the system or set up call forwarding. You keep your number.

Will the AI answer calls for me?

Only if you choose a package that includes Hot-Leads Answer AI. The AI greets callers, captures information, qualifies leads, books appointments, and escalates to you when a human is needed. It never invents prices, availability, or policies — and it always hands off when it's unsure.

What happens if a lead texts STOP?

They are immediately suppressed from all future messaging. We take opt-out compliance seriously — it's built into every workflow.

How much does the SMS and phone usage cost?

Usage is billed at cost through your connected billing profile. SMS is approximately $0.0079 per segment. Calls vary by duration and destination. You'll see exact rates before launch, and we can set a monthly allowance with overage pricing if you prefer predictable costs.

Do I own my data?

Yes. All contacts, conversations, and records belong to you. If you ever leave, we export your data and hand it over.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Packages are month-to-month after the setup fee. We earn your business every month.

What if I already have a website?

We can connect your existing website to the CRM and automation system, or build you a new one. If your current site isn't generating calls and form submissions, we'll recommend the best path.

Do you work with my industry?

If a booked job, estimate, or appointment has real value to your business, the system works. We've built templates for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, landscaping, auto detailing, med spas, salons, contractors, real estate, pest control, towing, and more.

What's the catch?

No catch. The setup fee covers the build. The monthly fee covers management, optimization, and support. Usage (SMS, calls, AI) is billed at cost. You can cancel anytime after the first month.

Can I start with just one thing?

Yes. You can start with just missed-call text-back, or just a booking calendar, or just a website. Every service is available standalone. You can add more as you grow.
